Balloons and confectionery will also be gifted throughout the day to shoppers while they browse and buy.
One Below will sell over 5,000 products, retailing at £1 or less with prices starting at as little as 29p.

Manchester Fort Shopping Park, which is bucking national footfall trends – stores on across the park are performing well thanks to increasing levels of visitors throughout the year and this new addition is sure to bring even more visitors to the park.
Reasons for this success can be attributed to the unique choice available at Manchester Fort – with the only Nike store in the North West and the flagship northern store for party supplier, Party Delights, drawing in the crowds.
The fact that another retailer has been keen to reap the rewards that increased footfall to the shopping park brings demonstrates the strength of Manchester Fort in a time where some retailers face administration.
Derek Askew, Centre Manager of Manchester Fort, said “Onebelow will offer another fantastic element to the shopping experience at Manchester Fort and we’re sure it will be a major draw for our visitors.
“The discount retailer will further enhance Manchester Fort as one of the key shopping destinations in Greater Manchester. We continue to see people travelling from afar thanks to the easy transport routes to the shopping park and the choice available once they arrive here.”
