This summer, Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Cheetham Hill, are promoting a new and exciting initiative that helps keep families safe while on holiday.The service will provide families with help, advice and accessories to help keep their family and, in particular, their children safe while away, both at home and abroad. As part of the nationwide Child Safe Programme,?Manchester Fort also provides FREE child safe wristbands which are available in any of the stores at the park and can be used anywhere in the world.?
Wristbands are waterproof and colourful and on the back have a section where the familys contact details or holiday reps contact details can be filled in. The wristbands are very durable and one or two should last the whole holiday.
Commenting on the scheme Philip Byrne, Centre Manager at Manchester Fort Shopping Park said 'We currently run a Child Safe Zones Programme for families when shopping at the park to help reunite any lost child with their parent, and we are very pleased to support and promote the new Family Safe Holiday scheme as I feel it is extremely imports to keep our children safe.
This promotions runs in conjunction with Find Ted Bear when young children can find the lost Ted Bear around the Shopping Park and can win prizes including a Nintendo DS Lite from Game and Ted Bear from Mamas and Papas.
