FESTIVE FUN PLUS STYLE TIPS AND MUCH,MUCH MORE
December is always a busy time for mum, but she must also have time to relax and unwind so Manchester Fort has put together a number events to keep Mum and Baby entertained.As part of the Mummy Morning group that meets twice a month at Borders in Manchester Fort, two big events have been planned. On Tuesday 4th December the very popular Design4Education will be putting on a Christmas Crafty workshop from 10am-2pm, all mums (and Dads) and children are welcome to join in.Come and make wooden Christmas tree decorations or create a calendar for next year, plus colouring competition for all ages with great prizes.
On Tuesday 18th December, Mummy Mornings will be hosting a fun event run by Musical Steps who provide educational and inspiring musical classes for babies and toddlers. There will be two sessions, one from 11.15 am 11.30 for under 2yrs and then from 12noon 12.40 for pre-schoolers. Numbers are limited so it will be on a strictly first come first served basis.
And finally Manchester Fort presents the first Yummy Mummy event on 17th January in the evening at 8pm, Start the new year with a new look. The very popular team from Fashion Face, as seen on Channel M, will be offering local Mums style advice and special tips on how to look and feel good over the festive period. Guests will also get the opportunity to view clothes and items up close and maybe purchase at a later date.
Spaces are limited at this event and have to be booked in advance at a previous Mummy Morning or at the information desk at Borders.
But dont worry if you can?t get along to any of the events as long as you have time to do get down to Manchester Fort Shopping Park which has 33 high street stores including Argos, Comet, Boots, TK Maxx, Next, Sportworld, Borders and George where you can get all your Christmas presents in one place and NOTHING TO PAY FOR PARKING!!
