Wonder of Work Week
Held in conjunction with Job Centre Plus, SureStart and Manchester City Council, a group of local people visited Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Cheetham Hill, as part of the Wonder of Work Week scheme.The scheme for lone parents aims to increase confidence, anticipate change and consider childcare arrangements.
The weeks activities included a visit to a job centre, access to employment information, training and meeting potential employers.
