Jewish Princess turns up the heat at Manchester Fort!
On Wednesday 11th October one of the famous Jewish Princess Cookbook authors Georgie Tarn signed copies of her book and talked recipes at the Borders Bookstore at Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Cheetham Hill.Pictured here Georgie Tam (behind table) chatted with local resident Denise Posner from Bury about how the most iconic Jewish dishes which have made their way firmly into mainstream culture and as most people know there are few things more important in Jewish culture than food.
Commenting on the signing Philip Byrne, Centre Manager at Manchester Fort said; "North Manchester is home to a large Jewish Community and we are pleased that we were able to get Georgie to come and meet and chat to our local residents and shoppers. She proved extremely popular and Im sure sales of the book have increased as a result, I know I bought a copy!."
